Exterior Foreman

Job Overview

This job requires a person that is detail-oriented, in good physical conditioning, has excellent organizational skills, and possesses a great attitude.

• 3+ years’ experience running commercial stucco/exterior projects
• Knowledge/experience with EIFS
• Familiarity with heavy gauge metal framing
• Must be able to read/understand blueprints and the job field kit
• Must be able to coordinate with other trades and the GC in order to maintain the project schedule
• Must be able to build and maintain project labor to complete project schedule
• Must be able to layout project
• Order necessary job materials from purchasing agent
• Keep all necessary job records required by Lotspeich and the customer
• Must be able to verify quantities and hours for labor payment
• Maintain a working relationship with other foremen/superintendents of the customer and subcontractor
• Must be resourceful and self-reliant to overcome job site obstacles
• Own and drive a personal pickup truck (preferred)
