• Estimating project costs and managing budgets with precision
• Collaborating with field teams and clients to ensure top-tier results
• Traveling to job sites (1-2 days as needed) to keep projects on track

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, piping, project management, and/or estimating
• High-energy, proactive mindset with a willingness to travel
• Familiarity with software like ViewPoint, Spectrum, and Field Wire
