Project Manager - Construction Management - West Palm

A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

• Manage assigned trade scopes, project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Support subcontractor procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, and payment applications.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and costs while identifying and resolving potential issues.

• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and field leadership to maintain project progress and quality.

• Reinforce jobsite safety standards and support risk management initiatives.

• Prepare monthly project reports and mentor Assistant Project Managers and project coordinators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and 7+ years of construction project management experience

• Experience managing multiple large scopes of work, including at-risk and cost-plus contracts.

• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and risk management.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an established construction management company with a growing presence in the South Florida market. The expected salary range for this position is between $150K-$175K, depending on experience.
