B-SAFE Insurance Inc. is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our agency, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and insurance documentation
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
  
  Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support insurance agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to existing clients

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the West Palm Beach market
• Positive, client-first attitude with a team-player mentality
