About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a highly respected, multidisciplinary architecture and design firm with a long-standing global presence to add a Senior Architect / Senior Project Manager to their West Palm Beach team. This studio is known for thoughtful, sustainable design and for delivering impactful work across residential, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on the design, technical execution, and overall delivery of residential and mixed-use projects throughout South Florida. You’ll collaborate closely with internal architecture, interiors, planning, sustainability, and brand-experience teams. Contributing to projects that balance innovation, functionality, and timeless design.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead architectural design and technical development from concept through construction
- Oversee project documentation, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination
- Serve as the primary client contact, presenting design direction and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team including interior designers, planners, sustainability specialists, and visual/brand experience teams
- Mentor junior and intermediate architects, fostering professional growth and high design standards
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with firm standards
- Coordinate closely with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up to date on building codes, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 8–12+ years of professional experience, with strong expertise in residential or mixed-use projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design/documentation tools;
Adobe Creative Suite a plus - Strong understanding of residential building codes, consultant coordination, and construction detailing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
- A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset and commitment to producing thoughtful, well‑executed design
