Location : West Palm Beach, Florida
What you will be doing:- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team on landscape architecture and planning projects.
- Incorporate planning and architecture into landscape design deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of landscape design and construction drawing set production across a range of project scales.
- Support master planning documentation through detailed site design.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate the efforts of others effectively.
- Maintain relationships with clients.
- Organize workflow and structure proposals and fees.
- Lead a team.
- 6–10 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Floridalicensure in Landscape Architecture is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for a collaborative, interdisciplinary design team environment.
- Ability to work across a variety of project scales, from planning to detail design.
- Knowledge of plants and ecology.
- Technical expertise in AutoCAD.
- Working experience in other 3D modeling software, including Revit, Rhino, and Sketch Up.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and In-Design.
- Good hand graphics and writing skills.
- Experience managing and coordinating internal project teams and consultant teams.
