Location:- School District of Palm Beach County campuses
- West Palm Beach, FL. 33401
- In-person position during the school day
- Part-time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-2:30pm
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- $22-24 based on experience and other factors
- Aid/Tutor elementary students as follows:
Math/Science - 5th Grade, Math - 3rd Grade, Math - 4th Grade. - Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
- Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Have classroom experience teaching or supporting reading instruction
- Have experience using the Science of Reading or willingness to be trained in this
- Can complete the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer
- You will pass FBI/DOJ background check
- You can provide 3 professional references
- You are detail-oriented and highly dependable
- You are an effective communicator
- You have reliable transportation
- You can provide a negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of being hired
- You love learning, teaching, and empowering others to soar
