You will design adaptive workshop experiences, interpret live student performance metrics, and partner with engineering teams to create literacy systems that multiply your influence across hundreds of learners.

This position merges direct student instruction with innovative program design, allowing you to shape individual reading journeys while constructing a framework that extends core literacy instruction across multiple school sites.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating individualized motivational experiences that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
• Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and identify meaningful trends
• Working alongside technical staff to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms

• Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
• Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated learning plans independent of pre-packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to adjust instruction based on student interactions within these systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Availability to work on-site at one of our locations:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
