Responsibilities- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the School.
- Recruit and develop faculty.
- Ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain curricular quality and student outcomes.
- Build and strengthen external partnerships.
Mature Christian leader with a demonstrated record of academic excellence; experience in higher education leadership; strong vision for the future of nursing education; ability to strengthen clinical and community relationships and guide continued growth within a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
