• Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world‑class standards.
• Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, engaging learning activities, and approaches to common obstacles.
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to increase student engagement and outcomes.
• Personally coaching a small group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students working through adaptive software; you concentrate on training them to become outstanding motivators.
• Accepting reduced expectations – when our standard is 100% mastery, your responsibility is to uphold that threshold.
• Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort loves school, achieves learning at 2× speed, and gains mastery of life skills. No exceptions.

• Currently located in or willing to relocate for on‑site work at one of the Alpha campuses listed above.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong capability in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
