This is an on‑site position based in one of the cities listed below. Local travel is required, and relocation support is provided.

Alpha operates differently than conventional schools. Students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of their time is dedicated to practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures, no redundant assignments. Students achieve accelerated mastery and top‑tier performance nationally. This approach requires a new kind of family partnership—and that is your focus.
You will represent your campus, spearheading enrollment growth, relationship building, and community advocacy. You’ll facilitate impactful information sessions, cultivate local connections, and translate interest into sustained wait‑list growth. The role extends beyond recruitment; you’ll serve as the primary resource for families throughout their Alpha journey—resolving issues, fostering loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This role is defined by trust and autonomy with tangible accountability. You’ll be stationed at one campus, present on‑site regularly, and responsible for measurable results—not merely executing a play‑book.

- Managing the complete parent journey—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
- Delivering persuasive information sessions and individual consultations that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters.
- Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels valued and supported after enrollment.
- Establishing trust and visibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local community partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.
- Using formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach methods.
- Handing off relationship cultivation to campus personnel or operating from a support‑only position.
- Allowing organized parent committees to compromise or weaken Alpha's educational approach.
- Working remotely—this role is fully immersed in the parent experience and the local community.
Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus by cultivating high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.
Basic Requirements- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses listed above, or be willing to relocate.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience working with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
