Principal Transportation Consultant

Lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects as an Owner’s Representative for a Department of Public Works client across the Southeast Region and the Caribbean.

• Plan, develop, and execute multiple task orders across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and manage task order scopes, coordinate with technical teams, assign resources, monitor progress, and ensure quality and schedule compliance.
• Guide team leaders, resolve project challenges, and maintain consistency across program operations.
• Participate in key meetings, assist with program reporting, and contribute to strategic decision‑making for contract success.

• Minimum 15 years of proven project and program experience delivering infrastructure projects within fixed budgets.
• Experience developing program schedules, contracts, cost estimates, and project status documents.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and represent the client to firm leadership.
• Knowledge of project delivery methods and ability to lead complex contract pursuits.
• Business acumen, risk management, and negotiation skills.
