We are seeking a seasoned Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead complex MEP projects across commercial, healthcare, higher education, and mission-critical sectors. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, guiding design teams and ensuring high-quality mechanical systems delivery.

• Lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and building systems from concept through construction.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, local building codes).
• Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and system sizing using industry tools (e.g., Trane Trace, HAP).
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for detailed design and coordination with other disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Drive quality assurance and process improvements across projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP design for building systems.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC design software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, energy efficiency standards, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
