Responsibilities- Project management of planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater utility infrastructure, storm water, drainage, roadway, and land‑development projects, including wastewater conveyance, water supply and distribution, and master‑planning services with hydraulic modeling.
- Manage activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, and risk to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee project outlines, initiation, scheduling, execution, and close‑out.
- Lead specification and contract document preparation, including permitting and stakeholder involvement.
- Manage day‑to‑day activities of project engagements with clients and project teams.
- Successfully interface with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Achieve project objectives, including quality/ scope, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor engineering staff.
- Assist in marketing business opportunities and developing responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Develop and maintain continuing business relationships with clients as part of business development efforts.
- Participate in local water and wastewater and other professional organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant experience required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong client relationship skills.

- Strong sense of urgency, project responsibility, and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
