We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team supporting the Everglades Restoration Program. The Project Engineer will primarily focus on scheduling tasks for multiple projects using Primavera P6, while also providing comprehensive support to Project Managers.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Support Project Managers by processing submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Daily Reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Update job progress reports, Submittal Log, and 4‑Week Look‑Ahead schedules.
- Visit project sites regularly to oversee project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction projects, preferably in civil or mechanical fields.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, with preferred experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, material take‑off, blueprints/drawings, and field inspections.
- USACE and/or SFWMD experience is a plus.
The Project Engineer will be based at the Palm Beach Gardens office and will regularly visit job sites such as the G-6A and S-623 Pump Stations. The typical work schedule is from 7 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional weekend work. The position requires wearing a hard hat, steel toe boots, work pants, company shirts, safety vest, gloves, and safety glasses.

Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 – $43.27 per hour.
