Reporting to the Senior Manager, Game Presentation, the Washington Nationals are seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to work all Washington Nationals Spring Training home games and potential outside appearances at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches. Nat Pack team members are responsible for the implementation of fan interaction, in-game sponsorship activation, in-game entertainment, and brand marketing. Nat Pack members must be available for the entire spring training season and outside appearances as needed.

• In-game promotion execution, escorting Screech and Racing Presidents throughout the ballpark, communicating and assisting with the in-game host, prepping for gameday, keeping uniforms in pristine condition, keeping the Nat Pack room clean and organized, and assisting fans as needed/requested.
• Interacting, motivating and energizing Nats fans at all designated Nationals Spring Training home games and events.
• Increasing interest and excitement of the Nationals brand through the distribution of in-game promotional materials and branding activities.
• Assisting in keeping all equipment organized, in good condition and stored appropriately after each game.
• Acting as supporting staff for Festivals, Special Events, Ticket Sales, Corporate Sales, Ballpark Enterprises as assigned in order to promote ticket sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in entertainment/promotions and performing in front of and entertaining large crowds.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must be able to arrive at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches at least 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
• Must be available to work all of the 2023 Nationals Spring Training home games and outside appearances as needed, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be courteous and have good listening and multi-tasking skills.
• Must display professionalism when wearing the Nat Pack uniform.
• Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment and professional manner.
• Must have reliable transportation and live in or close to the West Palm Beach, FL area.
• Knowledge of baseball is preferred.

• Job requires employees to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue. May work loyee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb up/down stairs. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.

The projected wage rate for this position is $17.95 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization.
