Managing Director at Leeds Professional ResourcesWe’re seeking a Construction Cost Manager to support our development and construction teams in Palm Beach County. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, cost reporting, and overall financial tracking, working closely with development, construction, accounting, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly and monthly cost reporting for internal teams, partners, and lenders.
- Maintain project budgets, cost codes, contingencies, holds, and change events.
- Prepare cost analyses, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Review estimates and translate them into project cost structures.
- Support procurement by developing and reviewing bid package budgets.
- Assist with contract close‑out and ensure all cost documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, with experience in cost management, project controls, or construction accounting.
- Strong understanding of hard and soft cost budgets and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with complex project data.
