Asset Manager Solutions Specialist

SMArtX Advisory Solutions, a rapidly growing financial services technology company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, seeks an Asset Manager Solutions Specialist to join our Manager Solutions team. This team is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management of all third-party asset managers on the SMArtX platform.

As an Asset Manager Solutions Specialist, you will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new asset managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. You will be vital in organizing and executing onboarding workflows, managing product builds, maintaining a pipeline of new managers, and serving as a key point of contact across multiple internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail‑oriented, proactive individual passionate about financial services and investment technology.

• Lead the configuration and launch of new investment products on the SMArtX platform.
• Collaborate with third‑party asset managers to collect and process onboarding materials.
• Maintain and monitor a pipeline of new manager engagements and product buildouts.
• Establish and maintain firm and product records on the platform.
• Track and verify investment performance data.
• Respond to asset manager inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Generate and deliver ad‑hoc reports as needed.

• 0–3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deliverables and timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset to build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
• In Office Position - Headquarters in Downtown West Palm Beach

• Experience in financial technology.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
