Staff Accountant – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) | North Palm Beach, FL
A fast‑growing, science‑driven health and longevity organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its Finance team. The role reports directly to the Finance Controller and plays a key part in supporting accurate financial reporting, month‑end close, and cross‑functional initiatives as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets
- Assist with month‑end close, internal reporting, and variance analysis
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial analytics initiatives
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain to improve financial processes and data integrity
- Assist with cash and bank reconciliations and working capital tracking
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working within an ERP environment (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite in North Palm Beach
- Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary
