** Responsibilities:
*** Manage a large fund with significant equity commitments across multiple jurisdictions.
* Coordinate the fund’s reporting schedule and ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
* Participate in board meetings and provide financial updates.
* Oversee the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements, capital calls, and distribution notices.
* Ensure complex investments are properly accounted for under US GAAP.
* Assist with the investment valuation process.
* Collaborate with Treasury on liquidity forecasts.
* Handle requests from investors and regulatory bodies.
* Serve as the main point of contact for auditors and tax accountants.

* Qualifications:

*** 7+ years in accounting, preferably with private credit or from a top accounting firm.
* Solid understanding of private credit products.
* Familiarity with Investran ilevel portfolio monitoring software preferred
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
* Experience managing teams or overseeing third-party administrators.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in a growing organization.
