Position: Associate, FP&A (West Palm Beach)

Associate, FP&A | Hybrid | West Palm Beach, FL

Our client, a well‑established global real estate organization in the West Palm Beach area, is looking to add an FP&A professional to its team. This role is well‑suited for a finance professional with 3–5+ years of experience who has strong experience building financial models, working closely with senior stakeholders, and contributing to high‑impact, data‑driven decisions.

Hybrid Role: 4 days on‑site, competitive base salary, opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to forward‑looking financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Own and maintain detailed cash flow models to track actuals vs. forecasts, funding sources, and liquidity.
  • Prepare consolidated P&L and cash flow projections, including analysis of budget‑to‑actual variances and forecast updates.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including development of templates, assumptions, KPIs, and performance reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of monthly capital calls to internal leadership and external partners.
  • Build and maintain portfolio‑level financial models, dashboards, and management reporting.
  • Manage overhead budget tracking, quarterly reforecasts, monthly actuals, and variance reporting.
  • Perform ongoing variance analysis and support cash management activities such as reconciliations and scenario modeling.
  • Review underwriting models, project waterfalls, and development forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or other advanced credentials a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel modeling capabilities and strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with financial systems such as JD Edwards, Hyperion, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Background or interest in real‑estate finance and capital markets strongly preferred.
