We are partnering with a commercial bank seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to originate and manage commercial real estate loans. The successful candidate will bring an established book of business and strong relationships in the West Palm Beach market.
Key Responsibilities- Source and develop new CRE lending opportunities through existing relationships and new business development.
- Underwrite and structure transactions, prepare credit proposals, and present recommendations to the Credit Committee.
- Manage loan execution through closing and funding.
- Maintain an existing CRE portfolio, monitor covenants, and identify emerging credit concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and developers.
- 10+ years of commercial real estate lending experience.
- Established book of business in the West Palm Beach market.
- Proven track record of CRE origination and new business development.
- Strong experience in underwriting, credit analysis, and loan structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
