A well-established and respected construction firm is seeking a Project Executive to lead healthcare-focused business development and project oversight. This senior-level position is ideal for someone with a strong operational background in healthcare construction and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

• Drive new business development efforts within the healthcare sector

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospital administrators and key decision-makers

• Lead project teams to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects

• Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry events

• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to pursue and secure work

• Provide strategic input and leadership across business development and project execution

• Senior-level operations experience with a general contractor (must have)

• Extensive background in healthcare facility construction

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven ability to engage healthcare clients and secure repeat business

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Established connections within the healthcare industry
