Physical Therapist - New Patient Caseload (Full-time)Location:
Outpatient private practices throughout Palm Beach County
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new patient cases & create custom treatment plans
- Ensure smooth transition of care to clinical team
- Complete timely & efficient documentation and billing
- 34+ new patient evaluations/week in 1-hour blocks
- Flexible and willing to work at any Palm Beach County location as needed (Jupiter to Boca); daily schedules are typically based at one location
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program (DPT, MPT, or MSPT)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification
- Livescan Level 2 background screen required
- $120,000 per year
- Collaborative care team
