The Belgrove is a 4‑Diamond resort in West Palm Beach featuring 150 rooms and villas, restaurants, spa, and golf course. We provide extensive training and a collaborative atmosphere to help staff excel.

• Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Enter and retrieve reservations and guest information in the computer system.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to messages with clear communication.
• Handle guest complaints, research solutions, and negotiate outcomes.
• Maintain Five Star Service Standards, remain calm during emergencies.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.

• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong desire to impact other people and outgoing personality.
• Computer skills and excellent verbal, written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for duration of shift.
