As a Lobby Attendant, you are the gracious host, ensuring that the moment guests step through our doors, they feel welcomed, inspired, and cared for. You maintain the elegance of the lobby, entrance, and public areas with meticulous attention to detail, while anticipating every need with warmth and discretion.
From assisting with luggage to providing thoughtful directions or supporting the front desk and concierge, your presence shapes seamless, memorable experiences. You are a vital part of The Ben’s story, where luxury, sophistication, and personalized service come to life.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic presentation of the lobby, entrance, and public areas.
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with directions, luggage, and inquiries.
- Support front desk operations and collaborate with concierge and housekeeping teams as needed.
- Ensure all supplies, amenities, and service stations are well-stocked and orderly.
- Respond promptly and discreetly to guest requests or concerns.
- Monitor the lobby for safety, security, and comfort, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and guest-focused service.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or front-of-house operations preferred.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of presentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, thoughtful service.
- Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest (Preferred)
- Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity (Preferred)
