Job Overview

Join Pyramid Global Hospitality as a Concierge at The Belgrove, a 4‑Diamond resort in West Palm Beach. As a front‑line ambassador, you will provide guests with local recommendations, manage reservations, and deliver exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Answer and record telephone calls and faxes, ensuring timely delivery of messages to guests.
• Retrieve mail, packages, and other items requested by guests.
• Use the telephone to arrange and confirm recreation, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel.
• Respond to guest requests for transportation, medical, childcare, florist, and other services.
• Distribute brochures and other printed materials about local attractions.
• Organize, set up and monitor the Concierge Lounge’s food and beverage program.
• Assist guests with food and beverage service, including serving guests and cleaning up.
• Handle guest complaints, researching solutions and negotiating outcomes to secure satisfaction.
• Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and during busy hotel operations.
• Plan and execute detailed steps using discretion and judgment to provide personalized service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to positively impact guests.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Advanced knowledge of the local area.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
