Key Responsibilities- Warmly welcome guests, guide them through their spa journey, and provide personalized service recommendations to create a memorable experience.
- Manage spa and fitness appointments, cancellations, and modifications using booking software to maximize efficiency.
- Actively promote spa treatments, retail products, and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in the reception area, guest lounge, locker rooms, and fitness center.
- Assist with Spa and Fitness Attendant duties, including preparing treatment rooms, replenishing supplies, and supporting guests in the fitness center.
- Process payments, manage POS transactions, and maintain accurate guest records for smooth daily operations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve concerns with professionalism, and provide expert guidance on spa and fitness services.
- Partner with therapists, fitness staff, and management to ensure efficient and exceptional service delivery.
- Assist with spa events, promotions, and marketing efforts, including social media content and guest communications.
- Adapt to the needs of the operation by working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
