In This Role, You Will- Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy across all recruiting systems and candidate data.
- Validate recruiter activity in our applicant tracking system, reconciling call logs and calendar invites.
- Manage candidate pipelines, conduct outreach via Aircall, and confirm qualifications and interest.
- Schedule interviews and executive meetings with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare validated records for leadership reviews and maintain pipeline momentum.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and error‑free execution.
- Support immigration requirements by securing work permits and visas for international hires.
- Maintain and update departmental SOPs, HR calendars, and recruitment systems for operational excellence.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
- Experienced with ATS platforms and understands Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communicator who builds rapport with candidates and collaborates effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight timelines.
- Familiar with recruiting processes, compliance standards, and employment policies.
- A proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
- Clear career progression: advance from Coordinator to Corporate Recruiter to Senior Recruiter, Talent Manager, or cross‑functional leadership roles.
