• 10+ years of experience in HR operations, compensation, benefits, and payroll, etc.
• Background in companies with 350+ employees and $500M+ in revenue
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS system
• Multi-state HR practices highly preferred
