Location:

West Palm Beach, FL. Salary range: $50,000.00–$85,000.00.

Overview

WGI seeks an experienced Human Resources & Benefits Manager with at least 8 years of HR/Benefits experience and 3 years of supervisory experience. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, and compliance. The role is based in our corporate office in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an HR Strategy Partner to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead employee relations, providing guidance on complex issues, conducting investigations, overseeing disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and executive leadership to support cultural and HRIS integration during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational change.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs:
    • Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive pay structures.
    • Administer benefits: annual renewals, open enrollment, HRIS updates, life‐event changes.
    • Ensure benefit compliance reporting, including year‑end 1095 forms.
    • Partner with payroll on HSA management and bi‑weekly payroll accuracy.
    • Guide the wellness program and manage FMLA/Disability plans.
    • Process workers’ compensation cases.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review policies and procedures for OSHA, DOT, and other relevant regulations.
  • Update the Affitative Action Plan annually and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems;
    Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • Authorized to work full‑time in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum eight years of HR experience, including at least three years of supervisory experience.
  • SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certification highly desired.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting & working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Access to all department facilities.
  • Travel as needed.
