We’re a fast-moving, creative marketing agency looking for a strategic, people-first focused Human Resources Generalist to help support and drive our team to be the Best Place to Work. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the Human Resources team—supporting recruitment, onboarding, culture initiatives, compliance, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR/People operations.

You’ll work closely with leadership, managers, and employees across departments to support an employee experience that reflects our core values:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  Support full-cycle recruiting for creative, strategy, and client service roles. Coordinate interviews, draft offer letters, and lead onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Employee Relations:
  Be a trusted point of contact for employees. Help resolve concerns professionally and confidentially, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Benefits & Leave Management:
  Manage employee enrollments, terminations, and questions related to health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans. Track and administer leave policies (PTO, parental leave, etc.).
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate employee files, HRIS data, and internal policies.
• Culture & Engagement:
  Support DEI efforts, recognition programs, and team engagement initiatives that reflect our agency's creative and people-first culture.
• Performance & Development:
  Assist with performance review cycles, manager training, and learning and development tracking.
• Process Optimization:
  Recommend and help implement improvements to HR workflows, tools, and processes to support a high-performing team.
• Payroll Processing:
  Prepare, audit, and submit bi‑weekly payroll (salaried and hourly) in our HRIS/payroll platform; reconcile timesheets, deductions, and commissions; meet all federal, state, and local payroll‑tax deadlines; partner with Finance on month‑end reporting.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, benefits administration, and employment law (multi-state).
• Well-versed in EOS people management tools.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Curious and willing to research to form an opinion.

• Proficiency with HRIS platform:

  HR and ADP.

• Strong understanding of recruitment and ability to manage pipeline.
• Strong understanding and experience in project management.
• Experience with the functions and role of resource management.
• Prior corporate Human Resources experience at a Firm of 100+ people, nationally and/or globally.
