Salary: $up to 60k DOE plus commission (Must have Industrial Staffing experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an Onsite Industrial Staffing Recruiter in West Palm Beach. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and managing a pool of skilled industrial professionals to meet the staffing needs of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier industrial talent.
• Candidate Engagement: Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, fostering long-term relationships.
• Screening and Selection: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client placements.

• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining high standards of ethical recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in industrial staffing/recruitment, demonstrating expertise in candidate sourcing and placement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
