Business Intelligence Analyst

My cleint is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our West Palm Beach team. This is an onsite role where you’ll partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights through SQL queries, dashboards, and Power BI reports
. You will play a key role in turning raw data into meaningful information that drives decision-making and strategy.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business units.
• Write and refine SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, and supply chain to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems and data sources.
• Perform trend, variance, and root-cause analyses to uncover business opportunities and risks.
• Document data models, reporting processes, and workflows.
• Assist with automation and optimization of recurring reporting processes.
• Partner with IT to maintain and enhance data warehouse and BI infrastructure.

• 3–5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
  .
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visuals, dashboards).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (Net Suite, SAP, Salesforce, or similar) a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Bonus skills:
  Python/R, Excel Power Query, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS.

• Must be based in the West Palm Beach area or willing to relocate.
