Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Excellent communication skills with all levels of management
• Strong technical abilities with ETL experience
• Record of past success in Process Design
• Jira experience

• Develop and maintain centralized request intake process for cybersecurity metrics and reporting requirements
• Work closely with Cybersecurity team leads to assess and determine urgency of metric requests
• Implement standardized request evaluation criteria and priority frameworks

• Analyze business requirements and suggest recommended metrics to develop to Cybersecurity leadership
• Provide subject matter expertise on industry best practices for cybersecurity metrics
• Evaluate feasibility and resource requirements for proposed metrics initiatives

• Centralize all metric development requests and maintain comprehensive project tracking
• Provide weekly progress updates on deliverable timelines to stakeholders
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure realistic timeline estimates and resource allocation
• Monitor project milestones and proactively address potential delays or blockers

$100,000 - $130,000 per year
