IT Support, Systems Administrator
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist with 6+ years of experience to be part of our team at our Corporate Headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL
. In this role you will support users locally and remotely with IT-related issues.

- Setup, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network operations/infrastructure
- Develop and deliver training materials and procedures
- Instruct users on proper use of the corporate network
- Maintain hardware/software inventory and documentation of policies and procedures
- Evaluate hardware/software and run backup and recovery jobs as required
- Execute specialized IT projects as needed
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot PCs in a Windows network environment (Apple Mac experience in Windows a plus)
- Work with management and end users to establish requirements for new systems or modifications
- Understand and support Windows Servers, Windows OS, and VMware
- Install and support enterprise‑wide applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and peripheral equipment
- Use AI tools to enhance job performance and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent technical certifications
- 6+ years of related experience
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated team player who can work independently
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not available
Work is performed in an office setting. Hand‑eye coordination is required to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Use of a telephone headset for virtual communication via Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams. Regular prolonged sitting and use of hands/fingers to handle objects and tools. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
