• Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines across our Snowflake cloud data warehouse
• Support ingestion, transformation, and modeling of data from a variety of sources, including digital marketing and advertising platforms, web and analytics tools, CDP-related data flows, partner‑provided datasets, and third‑party enrichment providers
• Build and maintain scalable ELT workflows to support analytics, segmentation, and activation use cases
• Support CDP enablement and integration, including preparing data for audience creation, supporting identity inputs and enrichment workflows, and engineering activation‑ready outputs for downstream CDPs and marketing platforms
• Support secure data collaboration and governed data sharing patterns where needed
• Implement and maintain data governance, security, and access controls
• Optimize Snowflake performance, cost, and reliability
• Troubleshoot pipeline, ingestion, and transformation issues
• Document data pipelines, platform patterns, and engineering standards

• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake as a primary data warehouse
• Experience working in AWS‑based data environments
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines
• Experience supporting CDP‑related data flows (audience readiness, identity, activation)
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high‑ownership contract role

• Experience supporting CDPs or customer data platforms
• Experience with secure data sharing or privacy‑safe collaboration
• Experience supporting media activation pipelines
• Experience with marketing, advertising, and analytics data from an engineering perspective
