Join GOLDLAW, a leading personal injury law firm that prioritizes employee happiness, health, and engagement. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and support marketing and business goals.
Position SummaryThe Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business goals. This role involves managing content creation, analytics, community interactions, and paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, live streams) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, X and You Tube.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with GOLDLAW-approved goals.
- Maintain daily postings and weekly editorial calendars for the firm’s accounts.
- Track trends, audience behavior, paid social media campaigns, and promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities, news events affecting clients, platform developments and manage related expenses.
- Respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, event planners and leadership for content execution.
- Stay current on social media trends, tools and best practices.
- Provide paid social campaign information to leadership to optimize ROI.
- Use analytics tools to track and report key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze engagement data (likes, shares, comments, traffic sources, CTAs, conversions).
- Assist in setting up and optimizing analytics tools for audience behavior insights.
- Identify and track KPIs for all digital and social media campaigns.
- Conduct market and trend research to identify emerging topics, hashtags, audience interests and competitor activity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts professionally.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Hub Spot, Canva, Asana, Social Pilot, Cap Cut, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Analytics).
- Strong copywriting, content creation and communication skills.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
The role operates in a professional office setting and in the field at events with the public. It requires standard office equipment usage and moderate physical activity.
