REQUIRED is a 4-40 or 2-20 license and preferable worked in independent markets.

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and dedicated INSURANCE AGENTS to join our Sales team!

Responsibilities
  • Selling personal lines insurance to individuals, including property, automobile, or commercial and specialized policies such as liability, flood, or recreational vehicle insurance.
  • Explaining features, benefits, and advantages of various policies.
  • Determining client's particular insurance needs by gathering documents and information.
  • Calling on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program, and suggest additions or changes.
  • Ensuring that policy requirements are fulfilled and the completion of appropriate forms.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, speaking articulately and persuasively.
  • Possessing strong drive, ambition, and goal orientation.
  • Being available to work M-F from 9:00 am — 5 pm.
  • Having computer knowledge and being able to navigate through multiple systems; phone skills are a must!
    • Minimum Requirements
  • 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License is REQUIRED.
  • Prior Insurance experience is necessary!

    • Base pay, plus bonus paid weekly!
