We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our close-knit team, collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters, gain hands-on experience and mentorship, all while maintaining our firm’s commitment to personalized service.

As an integral part of our boutique firm, you will assist clients in multiple practice areas, helping them navigate the intricacies of estate planning, probate administration, and real estate transactions. You’ll be an essential part of a team that works closely together to deliver top-notch legal counsel.

Salary Commensurate with experience, along with benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with talented paralegals to draft, review, and manage wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
  • Advise clients on estate tax implications, probate processes, and asset protection strategies.
  • Assist in administering estates and trusts, including filing petitions, representing clients in court, and working with fiduciaries.
  • Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, including residential and commercial closings and title matters.
  • Provide clients with personalized legal counsel that is clear, professional, and compassionate.
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate, with a strong interest in Real Estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Expectations of becoming board certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates law and/or Real Estate law.
