Evolve Workforce Solutions is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a dynamic and high-performing legal team at a prestigious boutique law firm in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates who have handled complex business litigation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, strong legal writing abilities, and experience with a variety of commercial and business disputes.

• Manage complex business and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in federal and state courts
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and prepare for trial
• Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and ensure consistent communication
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure high-quality service and execution
• Participate in business development and select contingency or incentive-fee cases
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex business litigation
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Prior experience at a large law firm or judicial clerkship strongly preferred
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
