ASSOCIATE LITIGATION ATTORNEY for Top Rated West Palm Beach commercial litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy firm.

• Draft documents and pleadings independently.
• Manage volume and multi-task to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Provide excellent research and writing for Motions, Complaints and Memoranda.
• Attend court hearings with excellent courtroom etiquette; willing to attend hearings throughout the State of Florida; capable of remote appearances via Zoom.
• Collaborate with team on various projects and maintain strong client relations.

• 5+ years minimum experience in foreclosure and commercial litigation.
• Experience in bankruptcy law is a plus.
• Valid Florida Bar license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Lexis Nexis; good computer and typing skills.
• Strong research and writing skills related to Motions, Complaints and Memoranda.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills; dependable, detail-oriented.
• Good client relations skills.
