Associate Attorney - Construction Defect

We are seeking a motivated attorney with at least 7 years of experience in construction defect law to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of managing their own caseload, and possess excellent customer service.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
• Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients.
• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
• Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Ability to work with little supervision; prioritizes and anticipates work needs; works well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing and able to bill.
