Position Description

Shutts & Bowen’s West Palm Beach office is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. The associate will work closely with partners who represent financial institutions, REITs, private equity, real estate developers, and a wide variety of other companies in complex business disputes. The role includes drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs;

taking and defending depositions; and attending hearings. Candidates must have top academic credentials and be a member of the Florida Bar.
