Position SummaryWe seek a skilled and experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury law, trial experience is a plus, and experience across diverse practice areas such as auto accidents, medical malpractice, sexual assault (federal and state), negligent security, and others.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing cases is not required; however, referrals earned will receive a guaranteed percentage of the fee per your Employment Agreement.
- A guaranteed six‑figure salary with a contractually binding percentage of settlements or verdicts.
- Work with a highly structured office and efficient policies to move cases promptly.
- Handle approximately 35–40 files, supported by a dedicated team of two experienced staff.
- Focus solely on litigation; pre‑suit cases will be managed by our pre‑suit staff.
- Receive a generous benefits package, including 401(k), health, life, and disability insurance.
- No business‑management responsibilities—concentrate exclusively on litigation and trial work.
- A dedicated intake department will handle all phone intakes.

- Personal injury experience required.
- Mid‑level proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- File Vine experience preferred (training provided).
- Strong customer‑service focus and excellent communication at all levels.
- Strong time‑management, multi‑tasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Juris Doctorate.
- Minimum 5–10 years on the plaintiff side with significant trial experience.
- Experience in Florida law preferred; at least 3 years of trial experience.
