Associate Attorney – Medical Malpractice Defense
We are seeking an associate attorney with experience defending medical malpractice claims to join our growing Florida defense practice. This is a primarily onsite role; some hybrid flexibility may be considered after 90 days on a case‑by‑case basis.

Base pay range: $120,000 – $165,000 per year. Performance‑based bonuses. - 2.5–5 years of medical malpractice defense experience.
- Florida Bar admission required.
- Strong skills in depositions, case strategy, and trial preparation.
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Defend medical malpractice claims on behalf of clients.
- Conduct depositions, develop case strategy, and prepare for trial.
- Write pleadings, motions, and other trial documents.
- Perform legal research and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
