Legal Assistant – Litigation Focus

A respected law firm client of ours is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistant for its West Palm Beach office. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day litigation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file court documents, including electronic filings

• Draft letters, memos, and routine legal documents

• Organize case files and manage deadlines

• Handle scheduling, calls, and meetings for attorneys

• Interact with court staff, clients, and legal teams professionally

• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information

• Transcribe dictation and process incoming/outgoing mail

• Track reimbursements and submit payment requests

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in litigation support within a law firm or legal setting

• Familiarity with pleadings, court filings, and legal terminology

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of iManage, InTapp, or similar software preferred

• Clear communication and excellent time management

• Ability to work occasional overtime when needed

• Background in legal studies or related coursework is a plus
