Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your FutureThe Senior Commercial Services Counsel will assist in overseeing and supporting commercial transactions (vacant lands), providing expert guidance on title, escrow, and closing matters. They will serve as a liaison between underwriters, clients, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. They will also manage high‑liability approvals, reduce risks, and mentor staff to improve knowledge and performance.
The Senior Commercial Services Counsel will act as substitute in‑house legal counsel in other regions where the company underwrites or transacts business while providing advisory guidance to associates and customers. They monitor and manage high liability approvals, communicate with and assist customers regarding company’s products and services, assist associates with the legal aspects of title and closing issues, maintain confidentiality, and refer to company’s other Senior Underwriting Counsel for consultation.
