Cole Scott & Kissane seeks a Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Attorney.

Responsibilities:

• Practice in professional liability and commercial litigation
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
• Must have 1 year of litigation experience
• Must possess strong analytical and writing skills
