We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team. This position involves handling residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing
, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.

• Manage 25–30 closings monthly, including title ordering, lien searches, surveys, and estoppel letters.
• Prepare and review closing statements, coordinate funding, and resolve title issues.
• Draft and review real estate documents: purchase agreements, loan documents, deeds, and affidavits.
• Conduct due diligence: title commitments, zoning reports, environmental reviews, and lease abstracts.

• Education: Undergraduate degree or formal paralegal training.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate law at a mid‑size or large firm.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proficiency in state and county real estate laws, title insurance, and survey review.
• Tech‑savvy with Outlook and real estate software.
